How we compare

• We read each platform's own pricing and help pages and record the date (17 October 2026 for the current version). Each table row links its sources.
• We do not invent hands-on results. When we start using a platform for our own newsletter, we'll label those observations with dates.
• Affiliate commissions (beehiiv, Kit, systeme.io, once approved) never change the facts or the order of tables; we include platforms that pay us nothing.
• Prices depend on list size, billing period and promotions; we state the setting we read (e.g. "at 1,000 subscribers, billed yearly").
